This unique DPM Mechanical Recoil system it is made for the specific pistol model, it is easy to install on the frame and assemble the slide with the frame. The DPM System is a direct replacement for the stock recoil rod and does not require any modification to the gun. As always, DPM products are designed and developed with user’s safety as a priority. This system works due to the multi spring intricate rod (three springs) and controls the functionality of the pistol. The third spring which is contained within the rod controls the movement of the slide so it never rams on the frame.
*Slide Extended System: A plug (bushing) is used in order to create more space in the slide of subcompact pistols so these models can fit in the DPM Mechanical recoil reduction system.
*B.O.S.S : Black Oxide Stainless Steel its an innovative coating technology applied usualy on the visible parts of the recoil system.
Also included with the system are 2 separate springs so the shooter can fine-tune the weapon for his/hers personal standards.The longer spring (more coils) is stronger and has a heavier pound rating than the shorter spring.
